Send 2D drawings, 3D files, tolerance notes, material grade, heat treatment, finish, and inspection points.
Drawing and sample production
Custom parts reviewed from evidence, not guessed names.
Use this path for machinery parts that need drawing review, sample matching, machining route selection, heat treatment, inspection evidence, or export packing control.
Send sample photos, critical dimensions, worn areas, fit surfaces, machine position, and expected batch quantity.
Send installed-position photos, part marks, old invoices, model nameplates, and any measured dimensions.
Separate each item by equipment, process route, drawing status, material, quantity, and urgency.
Production route matrix
Split the RFQ by process before comparing quotes.

Evidence checklist
Send enough detail to compare factory quotations on the same scope.
- Part drawing, 3D file, sample photo, worn part photo, or old supplier reference
- Material grade, hardness, tolerance, heat treatment, coating, rubber compound, or finish
- Application position, load condition, wear condition, temperature, fluid contact, or duty cycle
- Trial quantity, batch quantity, annual demand, sample approval, lead-time target, and deadline
- Factory certificate, inspection sheet, hardness, tensile, impact, or welding-control evidence if required
- Third-party inspection scope if required: nominated agency, sampling method, timing, report format, and buyer-paid cost confirmation
- Destination port, trade term, packing, label, neutral/OEM marking, and inspection requirement
Third-party inspection can be arranged when required. The buyer may appoint the inspection agency directly, specify an agency for us to coordinate with, or ask us to help find a suitable provider. Inspection agency fees, report charges, timing, and scope are borne and confirmed by the buyer before order or shipment.
Factory evidence integrated into the page
Capabilities become proof points, not a separate brochure.

Wire-cut EDM for profiles and holes
Wire-cut EDM supports complex contours, holes, tooling, hardened material cutting, and small-batch precision parts.

Heat treatment for shafts and wear parts
Trolley furnace and quenching capability support pins, shafts, sleeves, structural parts, and wear parts with hardness requirements.

Inspection area and quality checks
Incoming, process, hardness, dimensional, and material checks can be defined by product line before quotation.

Tube and profile cutting
Tube laser cutting supports long profiles, steel tube structures, fabricated frames, and OEM metal components.

CNC bending for plate and guard parts
CNC press brake capability supports sheet metal parts, equipment guards, panels, covers, and formed components.

Roller and pulley production equipment
Dedicated equipment supports conveyor rollers, pulleys, shafts, and bulk conveyor component production.
Procurement decision notes
Custom parts need scope control before price comparison.
A product name alone is not enough for made-to-drawing pricing.
A cheaper quote is not comparable until material, tolerance, sample, and packing scope match.
Mixed RFQs should be converted into a line-by-line table before factory review.
Custom parts may need sample approval or tooling confirmation before batch production.
Custom RFQ
Send the drawing, sample, material, quantity, and OEM packing notes.
A partial RFQ is acceptable, but custom production price, sample timing, tooling, packing, inspection evidence, and lead time are confirmed only after factory review.
