You do not need a perfect RFQ to start. Send the part number, machine model, drawing, sample photo, OEM/private-label notes, material, quantity, or destination port you already have, and missing details can be reviewed before quotation.
Partial evidence is acceptable
Drawing, OEM spec, sample photo, nameplate, old invoice, worn part photo, or dimensions.
Manual confirmation
Price, samples, payment terms, lead time, and compliance notes need supplier review.
Before you submit
- Use one form for a mixed-model list if the destination and buyer are the same.
- Add exact dimensions or drawings for bearing accessories, custom machined parts, custom rubber, pins, bushings, and wear parts.
- Include expected repeat demand when this is for distributor stock.
- Mark whether the inquiry needs OEM/private-label packing, sample approval, or batch production.
